Should I move back to live in France?

As you probably know, I’m on vacation, and I’m supposed to return to Dubai soon.

But I made an offer to buy this house:

So, I love Dubai. But I don’t see myself living there for the next 10 years.

Nor in this future house either.

But for the next few years, why not.

And as a headquarters where I could retreat for 3-4 months a year — most likely.
